Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Broomfield-Loveland-Fort Collins, CO area.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client retention.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales tactics.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping others enjoy their outdoor spaces.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is advantageous.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
