Pest Hunters – Mosquito Hunters helps homeowners and businesses take back their spaces with expert pest control — mosquito, flea, tick, fire ant, rodent, general pest, and interior services for residential and commercial properties. The Role

You'll be a trained field expert treating residential and commercial properties, delivering outstanding service on every visit, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What You'll Do

Treat properties for mosquito, flea, tick, fire ant, rodent, and general pest activity
Survey properties and make treatment recommendations
Document treatments using our mobile field app
Identify upsell opportunities and participate in sales initiatives
Support local marketing efforts (door hangers, lawn signs, neighborhood visibility)

What You Need

18+ years old with a valid driver's license
Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
Ability to lift 45 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
No pest control experience required — we train and pay for your state license!

What You'll Earn

$15 – $25/hour based on experience and licensing
Bonus and commission opportunities
